We suggest to have business casual attire as appropriate for the event. But it's not compulsory.

We have 2 modes of payment: Online and Bank transfer. For online payment through our conference website, we have 2 International Payment gateways: Stripe and PayPal. Both accept all major credit and debit cards. If you would like to pay using bank transfer, please indicate that you need a “proforma invoice” to concerned program manager.

We have group discounts rates available if five or more attendees register at once. Details can be obtained from the respective Program Manager. The discount will be valid if registration is done in a given stipulated time frame.

After completing registration you will be redirected to successful transaction page from where you can download payment receipt. Simultaneously you will receive registration confirmation email from Stripe, PayPal and from the conference committee. Would request you wait for some time and check in all folders including Spam/Junk folders also.

Billing details can be changed on written request to concerned Program Manager.

The registration fee grants access to all events and activities throughout the event, covering conference materials, receptions, meals, and scheduled breaks as outlined in the program.

The registration fee covers access solely to the conference sessions, as well as any benefits provided by the program manager, if applicable. Attendees are responsible for covering all travel expenses, including airfare and hotel accommodations. However, organizers reserve a block of rooms at the event hotel, which can be booked through the registration website based on individual requirements.

Due to privacy concerns, there will be no live recording of the sessions. Photographs will be provided on request. Online webinars will be recorded which will be sent on request to the registered attendees.

In case you are available to attend 2 days conference and want to attend only 1 day, you are requested to all the conference materials opted by you on the end of 1st day.

In support of environment Prezentis follows the no paper policy and provide all the certificates and Conference materials including book and program in soft copy in PDF format. Attendees can request for hard copy from organizer if it is mandatory for them.

In the event that an individual is unable to attend after making full payment, they may request for refund of the amount in written to the respective conference email contact or finance@prezentis.com. Refunds will be done as per the refund policies of the company which can be found at https://prezentis.org/terms-conditions.

If the accurate proof is submitted you are eligible to get the full refund deducting the administration charge of 100 USD/EURO/GBP.
