Our Company Guidelines

  • While submitting abstract speakers must submit abstracts as per the sample in the abstract submission link or it can be obtained on mailing to program director of the respective conference
  • Abstract must contain 50-100 words biography and good quality photograph.
  • We request everyone to submit a good quality recent photograph to upload onto our website avoid old photos.
  • Speakers are requested to be mindful and respectful of the assigned time frame assigned to his or her presentation.
  • Should not use any copyrighted materials in presentations, unless prior permission is granted.
  • Avoid incorporating off-color jokes, sexist remarks, and references to race, politics, or religion. Refrain from using humor that may offend any members of the audience.
  • Speaker should present 1 h before the time of his/her presentation as may previous presentations can be completed before the allotted time then the program will move forward.

  • Speakers are free to submit their abstract under any of the categories: Keynote/Plenary/Oral/Poster.
  • Acceptance of abstract will be subjected to review process which will be intimated to the speaker through email.
  • Speakers with high affiliations with more than 50 publications, 40+ years’ experience in the respective field of research can submit their abstract under keynote/plenary presentation.
  • Student’s researchers’ abstracts will not be accepted under keynote/plenary presentations.

  • Conference moderators will introduce the session chairs by introducing their biographies to take their respective positions.
  • Should announce the speakers by reading their biographies to come forward for presentation.
  • Identify which author will be delivering the presentation.
  • Inform all speakers that the time limit is strictly enforced.
  • Keep the speakers and should run on schedule.
  • Should actively involve in Q and A sessions after each presentation.
  • Should make the speaker to ease while presenting as some may be get nervous
  • Keep the audience alert and interested.
  • Encourage silence in the audience during presentations.
  • Should make all the audience to stay till the award ceremony.

  • Review process followed will be blind peer review process.
  • Submitted abstracts will be send to our committee members/review committee for review. The decision can be accepted, accepted with minor/major changes, or rejected.
  • If abstract is sent to the corresponding author with the changes, then the revised abstract needs to be resubmitted and wait for the review committee decision.
  • The review committee will be experienced personals from the respective fields of research.
